What type of cigars do you sell?

We offer a wide selection of premium cigars, including hand-rolled, machine-made, Cuban rounds, Robustos, Churchills, 99 Factory Throwouts, and more. We also feature a variety of flavor profiles to suit every palate.

Are your cigars authentic?

Yes, all our cigars are sourced from reputable manufacturers and distributors. We guarantee quality and authenticity with every purchase.

Do you sell cigar accessories?

Absolutely! We stock a full range of accessories including humidors, cigar cutters, lighters, ashtrays, mobile cases, etc.

How should I store my cigars?

Cigars should be stored in a humidor at 65–70% humidity and around 68–70°F. This preserves their flavor and prevents them from drying out or getting moldy.

Do I need a humidor for short-term storage?

If you’re storing cigars for only a few days, a sealed plastic bag with a small humidification pack can work temporarily. However, for anything longer, a humidor is essential.

What’s the best way to cut a cigar?

Use a sharp cutter and make a clean cut just above the shoulder (rounded end) of the cigar. This ensures a smooth draw without unraveling the wrapper.

How do I light a cigar properly?

Use a butane lighter or wooden match. Toast the foot of the cigar evenly before drawing and rotating it slowly to ensure an even burn.

Can I inhale the smoke of a cigar?

It is not advised to inhale the smoke of a cigar.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship domestically within the country. Please check our shipping page for details on locations, costs, and delivery times.

How are cigars packaged during shipping?

We take great care to ensure your cigars arrive in perfect condition. All cigars are packed properly to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Flutterwave payments, and bank transfers. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order gets processed, you will be updated via email or direct message so you can follow its progress.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on opened cigar packs. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll correct the order.

Is there an age restriction for purchasing cigars?

Yes. You must be 18  to purchase cigars or tobacco-related products from our store. 

How long before you delivery my package after order?

We will deliver within the same day. For locations out of Lagos, it will get to you within 48 hours.
